Chief Operating Officer, Richard Eccles, presented at the Cross Council Revenue Group (CCRG) meeting in Salford on 10th October. Richard talked about navigating the various challenges that revenue generation from council assets can present, especially in uncertain economic times.
He outlined the key elements that CP Media have focused on in 2019 resulting in consistent sales for this year to date, and how we are approaching the last quarter in 2019 and preparing for 2020. Much of it relies on the basics - working hard to generate leads, looking after your staff and making sure your customers are delighted. The Cross Council Revenue Group meeting is chaired by Angela Redman, Commercial Business and Marketing Manager, West Sussex County Council, and was hosted by Jonathan Till from Urban Vision Partnership, which works in partnership with Salford City Council.
