To increase enquiries from potential adoptive parents.

The Strategy

Calderdale Council Fostering and Adoption department needed to increase enquiry levels into their service to help place more children with prospective parents.

By using lamppost banners at key locations around the area, they were able to target the specific audience they needed to increase enquiries into the service.

The Result

The number of enquiries by potential adoptive parents increased significantly during the campaign.


"The flexibility of lamppost banners meant that the Council were able to cover a wide area but on specific roads where their audience are based. Trying to achieve this with any other media would have been very costly and even impossible in some cases as there aren't any advertising opportunities in certain locations, other than on the lampposts".
