With over 15 developments across Manchester alone, X1 wanted to reach one of their largest audiences and promote both their existing and future developments.

The Strategy

To line some of the area’s busiest roads with X1 branded flags as part of their largest outdoor marketing campaign to date.

Trafford Road was selected as it’s one of the busiest roads in Salford, as well as being a popular area home to most of X1’s properties.

The Result:

"Working with CP Media was a pleasure. Informative, not pushy and gave great feedback on our artwork to make sure we had the best impact. We extended our roadside banners with them in 2019 ahead of one of our new buildings opening. It was great for brand awareness. Would highly recommend."
